‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’ refers to ILKA. ‘You’, ‘they’ refers to the customer.
These Terms and Conditions (T+C’s) govern the use of www.weareilka.com.au (‘the website’) and the purchasing of goods from it. This website is operated and managed by ILKA (ABN 58 954 638 675). If you need assistance you can contact us at email@example.com.
By browsing or using (including shopping on) this website you acknowledge and agree to the T+C’s stated and are bound to them. We reserve the right to change and amend the T+C’s at any time without providing notice to you. If you do not agree with any of the T+C’s stated then you must stop using the website immediately.
Limitation of Liability
ILKA will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, use of (including products purchased from), or otherwise in connection with, this website: -for any direct loss, -for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or -for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
Our liability will be limited to, subject to the appropriate Australian laws: the replacement or repair of goods.
The information we provide is true and accurate to the best of our knowledge. We make no guarantee that the information or products on our website will meet your requirements.
These T+C’s are governed by the laws of Perth, Western Australia, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Perth, Western Australia and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts.
Privacy and Security
We take care to ensure our website is free from viruses, however it is your responsibility to scan for any viruses on your computer and/or devices.
If you make an account with us we keep the information private and do not disclose it to any third parties, except in compliance with any laws. The information provided is used to process the order and email you a confirmation of order. We may from time to time email you promotional material such as newsletters or specials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your username and password. You are responsible for your use of our website. Please be careful if you are using our website on a shared computer, on a public computer (such as a library or internet café). It is your responsibility to log out when finished using our website. To change any information on your account please contact us.
You do not have to make an account with us to purchase from our website. If you don’t make an account we still require certain details from you, such as Name, Email, Address and payment details. You will need to enter these details every time you purchase from us if you don’t make an account.
Any use of our social media pages is governed by their corresponding Terms and Conditions and it is your responsibility to ensure you have read them. From time to time we may link outside website to ours (in our blog, for example). We hold no responsibility for those other linked websites and your use of them is subject to their Terms and Conditions. We accept no liability for loss or damages arising from use of other websites.
Returns and Exchanges
***NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FACE MASKS***
This is due to health and safety risks regarding to COVID-19.
We will gladly offer an exchange on our products for colour or size, provided we have the required item in stock. We will accept returns for faulty products, however we are unable to refund for the incorrect choice. We can instead offer an exchange. All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion ILKA.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund any skincare, beauty and/or earrings. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org should you need to exchange or return an item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All exchanges and returns are at the cost of the customer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items may be exchanged, provided we have the alternate item in stock and at the same sale price.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: ILKA, 377 Oxford Street, Mount Hawthorn, 6016 WA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We use Australia Post to ship all items. A tracking number will be emailed to you with a confirmation of shipping. We ship goods twice weekly. Please use your tracking number for an estimated time of arrival.
If you believe you should have already received you purchase, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number. If you need additional information please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We size in accordance with the Australian Standard Sizing. For exact garment measurements or if you have any queries please email us at email@example.com.
