Gathered Oval Cathedral Veil – Tulle Bridal Veil with Blusher

Complete your bridal wardrobe with our gathered oval cathedral veil. Handcrafted at our Northbridge atelier using sheer bridal tulle that is sumptuously soft-to-the-touch, this gathered veil adds volume and romance without overpowering the beauty of your wedding dress and bridal glam. 

Featuring gathered tulle to create fullness, the first tier of this oval-shaped cathedral length veil is a blusher, which can be worn over the face as you walk down the aisle for a classic bridal look. After the ceremony, make the most of this versatile veil by sweeping the blusher back to reveal the full length, volume and beauty of the second tier.

Brides-to-be are encouraged to customise the lengths of both tiers for a bespoke result. Choose between elbow or hip length for the blusher, as well as longer and more traditional veil lengths (royal, cathedral, chapel, floor and waltz) for the second tier. 

The tulle can also be personalised, with brides able to select from Ilka’s silky white matte tulle, ivory matte tulle or glimmer bridal tulle (for a subtle dash of sparkle).

As with all of our veil styles, our gathered oval cathedral veil is securely attached to a clear bridal comb to make placement and positioning a breeze for your bridesmaids or hair stylist.

Each veil is made to order. This means we only create veils as they are needed, specifically for each bride. Studio Ilka is dedicated to producing ethical bridal pieces made sustainably using high end fabrics.

Timeframe: Please allow two weeks for the creation of your bridal veil, including enough time for shipping prior to your wedding date. Rush orders of less than two weeks can be accommodated, please email requests to hello@weareilka.com.au.
