General Alterations take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on work load.
Same day service is available subject to availability, with a rush fee of 20%.

What to Bring
For hems; The Shoes you will be wearing with the outfit.
Any relevant underwear eg. strapless bra, shapewear

What Not to Bring
Please remove all jewellery and watches before your fitting to protect your clothing.

Quote
A quote for the tailoring will be given on the date of your 1st fitting once we establish what you require. Could change of mind or additional service be required, we are happy to accomodate this, however additional fees may apply.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required on the date of your first fitting or you are welcome to pay in full. The remaining balance is due at the final collection fitting.
Payment
General alterations are charges on a hourly rate of $150+GST.

Guests
Due to the ever developing situation with COVID-19. We ask that you do not bring any guests with you to your fitting. However, we have a tripod setup for you to video call your loved ones.
COVID-19
In accordance with the WA Government, face masks are mandatory inside public areas. Due to our space being within this mandate, we kindly ask for you to wear a mask to this fitting at Studio ILKA.
The mask will have to remain on for the duration of the fitting. It is a given if, you have a medical exemption you are not required not to wear a mask, please provide your exemption certificate when you arrive.
If you are unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms, we kindly ask for you to contact our studio ASAP to reschedule your appointment.
Is it of the utmost importance to us that we take every measure to protect your health and the health of our staff, thank you for your support in doing so.
